BLACK DOG INSTITUTE

The Black Dog Institute is dedicated to understanding, preventing and treating mental illness. They are about creating a world where mental illness is treated with the same level of concern, immediacy and seriousness as physical illness. The Black Dog Institute provides you with facts and information as well as places to seek help and support.

KIDS HELPLINE

Kids Helpline is Australia’s only free, private and confidential 24/7 phone and online counselling services for young people aged 5-25. Kids Helpline makes a difference to the emotional wellbeing and lives of kids everyday. They work to make sure that young people know that they aren’t alone. Kids Helpline provides young people with information such as stories, articles and videos as well as being a safe place where they can go to access the support they need. They can text or call a professional when in need of that support.
